Reliable choice, as usual

Got the Ranger 3.0 Pro this time after my Mars 2.0. Shipping was pretty fast, arrived in 4 days. The bike itself is solid, just like my last one. Assembly was straightforward too. They're consistently good, which is why I keep coming back for their ebikes.

Good commuter, few minor points

I bought the Cityrun a few weeks ago for my daily commute. Ordering online was easy enough, the site worked fine on my phone. It shipped quicker than I expected, took 5 days to reach Denver. Assembly was mostly simple, though one bolt for the front fender was a bit fiddly to get in straight. The bike feels sturdy, and the pedal assist is smooth. Battery life has been decent for my 10-mile round trip. I had a question about the LCD display settings and customer support got back to me in about 24 hours, which was okay. Overall, happy with the purchase, it gets the job done for getting around.

Thinking of grabbing a Mars 3.0, but I'm in Miami. Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to Florida?

A Anthony Davis 1 month ago
Mine got to Orlando in about a week and a half, maybe 10 days total. They usually ship pretty quick.

yeah I ordered mine last month, think it was like 8-9 business days to Tampa. Came mostly assembled too, just handlebars and pedals.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between a Heybike and a Rad Power Bikes model. Anyone have experience with both, especially for commuting?

A Alex Davis 5 days ago
I've got a Heybike Cityrun and my buddy has a RadRunner. Honestly, for the price, the Heybike feels pretty solid. The motor on mine feels a bit zippier, but Rad has a huge community if that matters to you.

I went with Heybike after looking at both. Felt like I got more features for my money, and the fat tires on my Mars make rough roads way more comfy. Rad Power bikes are good too, but I liked the look of the Heybike better and they had a better sale when I bought.
